Bowlres EF (company information) provides lovvang.bowlres.se and other tournament websites under the bowlres.se brand. We employ a strict privacy policy in which we only collect and use your personal data to the minimum extent possible.

Bowlres EF maintains a central database of users that have signed up for tournaments through bowlres.se websites. When a user signs up for a specific tournament, in this case Løvvang Ungdomstræf 2026, the organizer will gain access to that user's central database data.

Who will access/handle your personal data?

• Bowlres EF.
• Tournament organizers (in this case Løvvang Bowling Center) for the duration of their tournament, which includes a registration period prior to the tournament as well as time after the tournament to fulfill their obligations as an organizer (e.g. prize payment).

Note that the above list only contains parties Bowlres EF grants data access to directly. The tournament organizer may give other parties access as required and according to the organizer's own privacy policy.

How is data collected from you? Apart from collecting your results in tournaments, we only collect your data by direct entry from you, e.g. through sign-up forms.

How is your data used? We only use your personal data to perform actions required to enable tournaments that you register for to take place.

Who is responsible for your data? Bowlres EF is responsible for the use of your data on bowlres.se websites, including lovvang.bowlres.se.

You have the right to receive the data Bowlres EF has collected from you upon request. You have the right to have your data removed from our websites upon request. However, if you have participated in a tournament we cannot remove data relevant to the tournament.
